The Banksia medallions are hand carved in wax and then cast. The carving is inspired by the Australian Banksia Pod, and the abstract medallion shape is reminiscent of an ancient coin. So tactile and elegant, they dangle lightly from silver hooks and appear to be floating. The light and airy design packs a strong visual impact.
