Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new jewelry! If it's not quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to help you find the perfect piece. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
Please note: All custom jewelry, including pieces that have been custom sized or altered in any way are final sale and not eligible for return.
To return an item, send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the order with RETURN in the subject line. We will email you a free return label that you can print out and tape onto the box within which the jewelry was originally shipped. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Once your return has been accepted and processed, you'll receive a full refund. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.
We also accept exchanges within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To exchange an item, send an email to email@example.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line. We will get back to you with instructions and details about how to proceed.
