Can I commission you to make a special piece of jewelry?
Yes- I often work with clients to create distinctive, custom jewelry. Contact me with your thoughts and I will contact you directly.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically applied to purchases made within the state of California only and will appear on your order at checkout.
Do you gift wrap items? What will it look like?
All jewelry arrives beautifully gift wrapped with floral-patterned paper in our custom etched boxes made of recycled materials . Handwritten gift message card is an option at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Most items will be shipped within one week of purchase, however some designs are one of a kind and handmade to order. You will be notified if a piece requires more time for fabrication, usually shipping within two to three weeks. If there is a date you are targeting, please email me! I will make every attempt to accommodate your request. I encourage you to allow plenty of lead-time.
Once I ship your order, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information.
Special order information
Custom designs and special orders typically take four to six weeks after approval of the design and deposit are made. Special order requests can be made via email.
How do I figure out my ring size?
1. Go to a local jewelry store and have your finger sized by a professional.
2. Contact me and I'll mail you an easy to use, adjustable, finger gauge ring sizer.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail which delivers within three business days or less. More remote locations may take an extra day.Need it sooner? You can purchase Express Mail shipping for $35.00. The package will usually arrive by the next business day. More remote locations may take an extra day.
Alaska and Hawaii orders will ship 2nd day only, at a charge of $35.00.
All items are insured at their full retail value.
All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. I do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
International shipping costs $50.00 - if you would like something shipped by a specific carrier or expedited, please contact me for a quote.
What if I have to return the merchandise for some reason?
We hope you love your new jewelry! If it's not quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to help you find the perfect piece. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
Please note: All custom jewelry, including pieces that have been custom sized or altered in any way are final sale and not eligible for return.
RETURNS
To return an item, send an email request to info@kirstenmuensterjewelry.com within 10 days of receiving the order with RETURN in the subject line. We will email you a free return label that you can print out and tape onto the box within which the jewelry was originally shipped. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Once your return has been accepted and processed, you'll receive a full refund. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.
EXCHANGES
We also accept exchanges within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To exchange an item, send an email to info@kirstenmuensterjewelry.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line. We will get back to you with instructions and details about how to proceed.
