What are the holiday shipping cut-off dates?
All US orders made before December 16th will arrive by December 24th. Express shipping is available after the priority mail shipping deadline, but will be offered on a case by case basis. Please contact me with special requests or questions.
Can I commission you to make a special piece of jewelry?
Yes- I often work with clients to create distinctive, custom jewelry. Send me an email with your thoughts and I will contact you directly.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically applied to purchases made within the state of California only and will appear on your order at checkout.
Do you gift wrap items? What will it look like?
Yes, each piece is packaged separately in a matte black gift box made of 100% recycled paper, and a forrest green ribbon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Most items will be shipped within one week of purchase, however some designs are one of a kind and handmade to order. They will require more time for fabrication, and usually ship within two to three weeks. If there is a date you are targeting, please email me! I will make every attempt to accommodate your request. I encourage you to allow plenty of lead-time.
Once I ship your order, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information.
Special order information
Custom designs and special orders typically take four to six weeks after approval of the design and deposit are made. Special order requests can be made via email.
How do I figure out my ring size?
1. Go to a local jewelry store and have your finger sized by a professional.
2. Contact me and I'll mail you an easy to use, adjustable, finger gauge ring sizer.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail which delivers within three business days or less. More remote locations may take an extra day.Need it sooner? You can purchase Express Mail shipping for $20.00. The package will usually arrive by the next business day. More remote locations may take an extra day.
Alaska and Hawaii orders will ship 2nd day only, at a charge of $25.00.
All items are insured at their full retail value.
All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. I do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
If you would like something shipped outside of the US, please contact me for a quote.
What if I have to return the merchandise for some reason?
We hope you love your new jewelry! If it's not quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to help you find the perfect piece. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, you must email us within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 10 days from the receipt of the original order. Special orders or custom-made pieces are final sale.
RETURNS
We will get back to you with instructions and our return address. Items must be received back to us within the 10-day window, so please keep that in mind when choosing a shipping method (USPS Priority or Express Mail is recommended). The customer is responsible for safe and insured return shipping. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return has been accepted and processed, you'll receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge (if applicable). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To exchange an item, you must send an email to info@kirstenmuensterjewelry.com with EXCHANGE in the subject line. We will get back to you with instructions and details about how to proceed.
