Yes, each piece is packaged separately in a black gift box with green ribbon. The box and ribbon are made from 100% recycled paper and vegetable dyes.
The cast silver jewelry is highly durable and can be safely worn in the shower and in water; I do not recommend this for jewelry with stones. A soft polishing cloth will help keep the silver clean and shiny. Avoid getting creams, gels, perfumes and oils directly on the jewelry. Silver will tarnish naturally over time and I recommend sealing all silver jewelry in plastic bags when not in use to help combat the tarnishing process. I do not recommend using liquid jewelry cleaning solutions on anything, ever – they are highly toxic and can damage the stones and your health.
Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Most items will be shipped within one week of purchase, however some designs are one of a kind and handmade to order. They will require more time for fabrication, and usually ship within three to six weeks. If there is a date you are targeting, please email me! I will make every attempt to accommodate your request. I encourage you to allow plenty of lead-time.
Once I ship your order, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package.
Special order information
Custom designed and special orders typically take four to eight weeks after approval of the design and deposit are made. Special order requests can be made via email.
1. Check with your partner’s close friends and relatives to see if they know their ring size.
2. Borrow one of your partner’s rings that fit the appropriate finger and have it sized at a local jewelry store.
For Alaska and Hawaii I ship 2nd day only, at a charge of $25.00.
All items are insured at their full retail value.
All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. I do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I accept exchanges for unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a store credit only. Store credits do not expire.
I stand behind the quality of my jewelry and am happy to provide repairs due to manufactured breakage or damage. Elective repairs, such as chain lengthening or ring resizing, or damage by the customer involve a charge. They are repaired at the owner’s expense plus the shipping charge.
Special order merchandise is final sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When shipping an item, please package securely. Be sure to include your return address, e-mail, phone number, and a detailed description of the repairs/adjustments to be made. Upon receipt, I will review your item and contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to complete your repair. I will do my best to satisfy all customers.
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email me to obtain the return shipping address and return authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
