Eucalyptus trees fill the canyon where I hike, and the ground is always covered with their delicious-smelling leaves and pods. I collect interesting specimens, and their unique bell pod characteristics often find their way into my carvings. Direct castings with subtle adjustments have evolved into more abstract, sculptural designs.
