Bell Pod Ring - Silver

Elaborate, organic, and bold, the Bell Pod Ring resembles an ancient relic with its beautiful oxidation and textured carving. The piece feels opulent yet rooted in nature, like a little crown of pods rising from the finger. Its rare and unusual beauty is sure to get noticed.

Cast in sterling silver using the lost-wax method, the ring begins as a wax model hand-carved at the bench. The band has a slightly brushed finish with smooth edges, tapering from 11mm wide at the top down to 6mm at the back. Black oxidation fills the recessed areas inside the pods, creating depth against the silver surface.

How does the silver age over time?
The black oxidation will mellow with handling and time. The brushed high points may develop subtle patina with wear, settling into a softer surface than the original bright silver. Use a polishing cloth to brighten the edges when needed.
