We hope you love your new jewelry! If it's not quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to help you find the perfect piece. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, you must email us within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 10 days from the receipt of the original order.
We accept returns within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To return an item, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN in the subject line.
We will get back to you with instructions and our return address. Items must be received back to us within the 10-day window, so please keep that in mind when choosing a shipping method (USPS Priority or Express Mail is recommended). The customer is responsible for safe and insured return shipping. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return has been accepted and processed, you'll receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge (if applicable). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.
