RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your new jewelry! If it's not quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to help you find the perfect piece. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Email us within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 10 days from the receipt of the original order. Please note: All custom jewelry, including pieces that have been custom sized or altered in any way are final sale and not eligible for return.
We accept returns within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To return an item, you must send an email to email@example.com with RETURN in the subject line and we will get back to you with instructions and our return address. The customer is responsible for safe and insured return shipping. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once your return has been accepted and processed, you'll receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge (if applicable). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.
We accept exchanges within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To exchange an item, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with EXCHANGE in the subject line. We will get back to you with instructions and details about how to proceed.
