These earrings feature fossilized fern stones in a delicate blush hue, surrounded by hand-carved Brutalist caps. Inspired by organic architecture, each earring captures the intricate fossil patterns in time, celebrating the natural transformation of minerals and plants. 

Fossils are formed through pseudomorphic replacement, wherein mineral matter takes over the remains of living organisms, and one material is gradually replaced by another. The organic structure and pattern of the fern are beautifully captured in time.

Each stone is one-of-a-kind, with distinctive colors, patterns, shapes, and textures. Stones can break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. This unique, natural material must be handled with care.
