A striking strand of uniquely cut tourmalinated quartz beads. Each stone features dramatic inclusions of black tourmaline needles and warm mineral shadows. The necklace is hand-knotted and finished with the Corallite Clasp from the Deep Ocean Design Series. Inspired by a corallite, the skeletal cup of a stony coral polyp, the clasp echoes reef architecture in miniature. Hand-carved and cast, these beautiful organic structures have radiating vertical walls with grooves that invite verdigris to settle and deepen over time.

Can I wear the clasp in front? How does it work?
Yes. It’s designed to be worn in the front off to one side as a focal point. It hooks together easily and looks beautiful from all angles. 

How should I care for a gemstone necklace?
Wipe with a soft cloth after wear; store flat and separately to protect the stones. Avoid water, chemicals, abrasives, hard surfaces, and ultrasonic cleaners.

Can you make a custom length or color?
